1. Subscription & Automatic Renewal
By joining our Mail Club, you agree to a monthly recurring subscription. For your seamless experience, your membership will automatically renew each month on the same date you signed up. The subscription fee will be charged to your saved payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.

2. Shipping & Delivery Schedule (from South Korea)
We prepare your special mail with love and care in South Korea. To ensure everyone receives their treats together, we operate on a specific monthly cycle:
Delivery Time: While international shipping can take time, we do our absolute best to ensure your package arrives within that shipping month. We truly appreciate your patient heart!
The Cut-off: If you subscribe between the 1st and the 25th of the month, you are signing up for the following month’s mail.
The Batch: All monthly packages are dispatched in one batch on the 25th of each month.

3. Cancellation Policy (You’re in Control)
You are always in the driver’s seat. You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please ensure you cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Due to the curated nature of our digital/physical content and the costs of international shipping from Korea, we generally do not offer refunds once a package has been shipped. However, if your mail arrives damaged or you encounter any issues, please reach out—we are always here to make it right.
