𐂂 Join by the 25th of each month to receive the following month’s edition. (ex. Join Feb 1 => Get March Edition || Join Feb 26 => Get April Edition )

𐂂 This is a monthly subscription that renews automatically. You can keep enjoying everything we offer without lifting a finger.

𐂂 Please know that you are never locked in. You are free to cancel whenever you wish. We believe in giving you the flexibility you deserve!

1. Subscription & Automatic Renewal By joining our Mail Club, you agree to a monthly recurring subscription. For your seamless experience, your membership will automatically renew each month on the same date you signed up. The subscription fee will be charged to your saved payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.

2. The “Founding Member” Rate Guarantee As a Founding Member, your exclusive rate ($8.00/month) is locked in forever! This special price will remain active as long as you maintain an active subscription. Please note that if you choose to cancel and decide to rejoin later, the standard rate at that time will apply.

3. Shipping & Delivery Schedule (from South Korea) We prepare your special mail with love and care in South Korea. To ensure everyone receives their treats together, we operate on a specific monthly cycle:

The Cut-off: If you subscribe between the 1st and the 25th of the month, you are signing up for the following month’s mail.
The Batch: All monthly packages are dispatched in one batch on the 25th of each month.
Example: If you join between Feb 1st – Feb 25th, your first surprise will be the March edition, shipped on March 25th.
Delivery Time: While international shipping can take time, we do our absolute best to ensure your package arrives within that shipping month. We truly appreciate your patient heart!

4. Cancellation Policy (You’re in Control) You are always in the driver’s seat. You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please ensure you cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

5. Refunds & Returns Due to the curated nature of our digital/physical content and the costs of international shipping from Korea, we generally do not offer refunds once a package has been shipped. However, if your mail arrives damaged or you encounter any issues, please reach out—we are always here to make it right.
