1. Shipping & Delivery Schedule (from South Korea)

We prepare your special mail with love and care in South Korea. To ensure everyone receives their treats as soon as possible, we operate on a specific weekly cycle for the archive mail.

  • Shipping Schedule
    The archive mail are dispatched EVERY MONDAY.  So If you purchase on monday (KST), probably your mail will send out on the next monday due to the shipping timing. 

  • Delivery Time 
    Normally, it takes 2-7 weeks to get your mail depending on your country, city, and the situation of your local post office. You might have to wait for it for a longer time than you expected. But i hope you understand this and take it as a charm of the snail mail. I promise it'll worth to wait! 🐌💌

2. Cancel & Refund Policy

Limited quantity available with high demand. Please note that this item cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. EU Countries Delivery Policy

Due to the impact of PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) regulations, certain conditions apply to orders placed by members in the EU region. Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to additional taxes upon customs clearance, such as local VAT and import duties, which are the recipient's responsibility. By placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms. Cancellations or refunds due to tax-related issues—including non-payment or customs refusal—will not be allowed. Mail bound for the EU countries will be shipped as scheduled next Monday.
