We prepare your special snail mail with love and care in South Korea. To ensure everyone receives their treats together, we operate on a specific weekly cycle for the Archive Sale.

Delivery Time: While international shipping can take time, we do our absolute best to ensure your package arrives within a month. It normally takes 2-3 weeks depending on the location. I hope you understand and take this as a charm of the Snail Mail! We truly appreciate your patient heart!

The Batch: For the Archive Mail, We send out all the orders on every Friday. We send out weekly!!!

Refund Policy

Due to the curated nature of our digital/physical content and the costs of international shipping from Korea, we generally do not offer refunds once a package has been shipped. However, if your mail arrives damaged or you encounter any issues, please reach out—we are always here to make it right.

Refunds for Customer Errors

Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process. In the event of a refund requested due to customer error (e.g., accidental purchases, duplicate orders, or incorrect option selection), a partial refund will be issued. Please be advised that the PayPal transaction fee is non-refundable. Since PayPal retains the original processing fee upon cancellation, this fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
